Al Volo food in motion Srl was born from an idea of the two owners, the French brothers Angelo and Silvio, true sons of art with a historical experience in the catering sector.
Al Volo’s business is organized in three areas: the production of gastronomic products, the catering service for catering and the catering for corporate events or private banqueting.
The production of gastronomic products concerns in particular savory, Piedmontese appetizer, green sauce and other traditional gastronomy products.
All products are packaged in a protective atmosphere and are obtained in compliance with the strictest regulations required by organized distribution and retail channels.
Al Volo has also gained extensive experience in catering for collective catering. Its main customers include hospitals and nursing homes, schools and communities.
The catering service is also offered to corporate and private customers, where Al Volo realizes “tailor-made” events such as corporate conventions, weddings and other anniversaries.

Christina Lamb OBE is a British journalist and author. She is the main foreign correspondent for the Sunday Times.
Lamb has won fifteen major awards including four British Press Awards and the European Prix Bayeux-Calvados for war correspondents. She is Honorary Fellow of University College Oxford, Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and Global Fellow of the Wilson Center for International Affairs in Washington DC In 2013 she was awarded an OBE from Queen for services to journalism. In November 2018 Lamb received an honorary law degree from the University of Dundee.
